Rainier has been baking since childhood when he spent his time creating Easy Bake Oven delights. He now works as a business analyst and uses his baking hobby for charitable efforts, such as a massive online bake sale to support disaster relief in Lebanon. Rainier's extensive Lebanese family also keeps him busy with birthday cake orders nearly every week. He loves to make artistic and dramatic cakes influenced by the world of fashion.
When did you start baking? I must have been around five when my older sister was making a cheesecake mousse. I remember sitting on the counter, seeing her take gelatin sheets and put them in water until they disappeared. I remember how amazed I was by what I had just witnessed.
What's your signature bake? My cinnamon buns are a killer at the office!
