COVID-19 has turned every aspect of our lives upside down. Right now, there's a burning question on the minds of countless kids, parents and neighbours across the country: Is Halloween still happening?  

Public health guidelines vary depending on where you live and have sparked a lot of discussion on social media, adding to the confusion. 

Dr. Caroline Quach, pediatric infectious diseases specialist and medical microbiologist at CHU Sainte-Justine in Montreal, joins The Dose host Dr. Brian Goldman to help make sense of this tricky issue.
