The COVID-19 pandemic has sparked many questions about how to protect our physical health and keep the most vulnerable people in our communities as safe as possible from infection. But this anxiety-provoking new reality can also take an enormous toll on our mental health -- and can be especially hard on people with underlying psychiatric conditions.
