Drag the Red is a group of volunteers who search the banks and the muddy waters of the Red River in Winnipeg for the missing. A few years ago, Rosanna Deerchild searched alongside the volunteers, an experience that has stayed with her ever since.
Fynnley Pearson is an energetic boy with blue eyes and blond hair, who also happens to be a status Indian. In 2016, his mom, CBC's Meagan Fiddler took him on his first trip to Garden Hill First Nation, for his grandfather's 92nd birthday.
