Comedian Dave Hill is three-quarters Ohioan and one-quarter Canadian. His grandfather was from Clinton, Ont., and always talked about how the actual greatest country in the world was north of the border. His latest book, the memoir Parking the Moose, is his love letter to Canada.

Hill stopped by The Next Chapter to talk about a book he enjoyed, Will Not Attend by Adam Resnick. It's a memoir-in-essays that delves into Resnick's psyche and explains why he describes himself as "euphorically antisocial."

"A book that I return to quite frequently is Will Not Attend by my friend Adam Resnick. On the surface, the idea of the book is he's this curmudgeonly figure who doesn't want to get involved in things. At least, that's what the cover will tell you.

"But it's actually a collection of essays that are hilarious and brilliant. The book is insightful, beautiful and has a lot of heart. He's just got a really nice way of looking at the world."
