Craig Forcese dissects Bill C-51

Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa Craig Forcese is in the middle of an ongoing analysis of the government's proposed anti-terrorism legislation. He highlights a number of legal issues with the bill.

Along with his University of Toronto colleague Kent Roach, Craig Forcese has been analyzing the government's controversial anti-terrorism bill. The Associate Professor in the Law Faculty at the University of Ottawa says there are a number of legal issues with the bill.

On Friday, more than 100 academics published an open letter asking the government to drastically change the controversial piece of legislation.
