Along with his University of Toronto colleague Kent Roach, Craig Forcese has been analyzing the government's controversial anti-terrorism bill. The Associate Professor in the Law Faculty at the University of Ottawa says there are a number of legal issues with the bill.
On Friday, more than 100 academics published an open letter asking the government to drastically change the controversial piece of legislation.
