Liberal government outlines to-do list in Speech from the Throne

This week on The House, interim Conservative Leader Rona Ambrose and NDP Leader Tom Mulcair react to the Speech from the Throne. The Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, Amarjeet Sohi, outlines how the government plans to spend billions on infrastructure projects.
