This week on The House, Canada's new Minister of National Defence Jason Kenney discusses the latest in the fight against ISIS. With U.S. President Barack Obama opening the door to the presence of ground troops, is Canada considering doing the same? 

Kenney also discusses the Ukraine-Russia ceasefire. He says Canada is working on a new financial aid package for Ukraine and that he's considering sending lethal weapons to that country.
