More than a week after a train derailment and explosion, officials in Lac-Megantic are still finding bodies amidst the ashes. The Current's Gord Westmacott travelled to Lac-Megantic, and found a town that will never look at itself again the same way. In this segment, he brings us tales of a town transformed.




Just over a week ago, dozens of railway tanker cars careened down the tracks that run right through Lac-Megantic and set off a series of explosions that flattened much of the downtown core. Since then, the people who live there have been coming to terms with what they have lost and how their lives and their home have been reshaped by the disaster.
