More than a million Syrian refugees have ended up in Lebanon, where a flourishing black market has emerged -- buying and selling Syrian bodily organs.

They may have escaped the violence, but for many Syrian refugees, difficulties remain: food, shelter, money, stress and desperation. And for some, their bodies are the only resource they have.
