There was a time when being a white farmer in Zimbabwe was lucrituve. But the documentary Mugabe and the White African suggests that time has long passed...



That unpleasant confrontation is mild compared to the bloodshed that's accompanied the government's confiscation of farms.

Mandy Retzlaff was caught up in the violence that has ripped apart Zimbabwe. She recounts those dramatic days in her book One Hundred and Four Horses: A Story of Farm and Family, Africa and Exile.
