In April of this year, American Jeffery Fowle set off on an organized trip to North Korea. But he never finished the tour. The Ohio man had left a Korean-English bible in a local restaurant, an act that the North Koreans regarded as an attempt to destabilize the regime. Officials were alerted, and Mr. Fowle was arrested at the airport on May 7th. He spent 6 months in detention until he was released in October. Jeffrey Fowle shares his story.
