We speak to a doctor who says we need to take risks in order to improve health-care, and we have to accept that risk sometimes means failure.
The doctor who last year stood up to a grilling from the U.S. Senate to defend the Canadian health-care system now wants us to embrace our failures. Dr. Danielle Martin says if we blame people and programs when things go wrong, they will be reluctant to try new things-- and if they don't try new things, the system will never improve.
