One of the party's imaginary campaign promises would be to support ways to increase the supply of human organs for donation. One suggestion might be paying donors.
McRae tells us he donated a kidney to a stranger, simply for the philanthropic fulfillment he got for helping a fellow human, and he'd do it again for free in a moment.
At the same time, he supports the idea that others should get paid.
