The most lethal attack in Paris happened at the Bataclan Concert Hall in the 11th Arrondissement. The 11th is one of the most densely populated neighbourhoods, not just in Paris, but in all of Europe. It is a place with a thriving nightlife, packed with cafés, boutiques and galleries, and it is where Michel Arseneault lives.

He is a Canadian journalist who used to work at the CBC and now covers African news for Radio France Internationale.
