Philipp Schmitt is a interaction designer in Germany who made waves recently with Camera Restricta, a GPS-enabled camera that can search the internet for photos taken at your current location. An art provocation more than a product, Philipp built the camera as a way to explore artificial scarcity and digital tools for censorship.
