If you've taken a close look at some of the outfits worn by Beyoncé, Cardi B or Kim Kardashian West, you've probably seen the work of Thierry Mugler.

He's the iconic French designer who creates dramatic, futuristic looks that, he says, are inspired by people who have the courage to be themselves.

For years, museum curators have been trying to convince Mugler to pull together a retrospective of his decades of work. And this year, finally, that exhibition has come to life at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. Kardashian West is such a major Mugler fan, she flew to Montreal just to pay the retrospective a visit.

Today, our fashion columnist Mosha Lundström Halbert joins q guest host Jael Richardson live from Miami to tell us more.
