Nurtured in Edmonton, Broadway's Hadestown now leads 2019 Tony nominations

Hadestown is a Greek mythology-inspired musical that's leading the Tony Awards this year with 14 nominations. But before it hit Broadway, the production was developed and fine-tuned right here in Canada at Edmonton's Citadel Theatre. The artistic director of the Citadel Theatre, Daryl Cloran, joined q's Tom Power to explain how and why the hit musical was developed in Canada.
