Michael Nesmith is synonymous with the Monkees for many people, but in fact his career extends far beyond the beloved '60s group with the hit television series.

Nesmith is reflecting on his life with a recently published memoir, Infinite Tuesday.

In conversation with Tom Power, Nesmith reflects on his long and varied career, his connection to Bo Diddley, hanging out with John Lennon and touring with Jim Hendrix.

Additionally, Nesmith's pioneering early music video work and his current interest in virtual reality is indicative that he has always been one part of breaking new ground, especially where music and visuals intersect.
