Cowboy Junkies reflect on The Trinity Session and perform from their new album All That Reckoning

Siblings Margo and Michael Timmins of Cowboy Junkies perform some stripped down versions of songs from their new album, and reflect on their three decades together in one of Canada's most iconic bands.

Nearly 30 years ago, Cowboy Junkies released The Trinity Session, which sold more than a million copies and introduced the band's reflective and quiet combination of folk, blues and rock to its biggest audience ever. Now, Cowboy Junkies are back with their first album in six years, called All That Reckoning, which explores the idea of reckoning both on a personal and political level.

Siblings Margo and Michael Timmins of Cowboy Junkies joined Tom Power in the q studio to perform stripped down versions of some songs from their new album, and reflect on their three decades together in one of Canada's most iconic bands.

Listen to the full conversation with Margo and Michael Timmins of Cowboy Junkies above.
