Liona Boyd has released 28 albums, won five Junos and received the order of Canada.

Now, she has released her second memoir, titled No Remedy for Love, accompanied by an album of the same name.

In the book, Boyd discusses being diagnosed with focal dystonia, a condition that has ended the careers of many musicians. But Boyd says it's the best thing ever to happen to her because it opened her up to a whole new range of music outside the classic guitar that she's known for.

Boyd talks about this experience and other moments in her life with q host Tom Power.
