Jason Segel taps his own fears for new kid's book, Nightmares!

How I Met Your Mother alumnus Jason Segel joins guest host Tom Power to discuss his new children's book, Nightmares, and how he walks the line between raunchy comedy and earnest family entertainment.
Segel -- the star of movies like The Muppets (2011) but also Sex Tape (2014) -- also opens up about the autobiographical aspects of his story, and why he believes "don't be afraid" is the wrong message for kids.
