In a conversation from the Best of Q, the gifted young artist tells Jian about her new record, which was produced with the support of Tim Kingsbury and Mark Lawson of Arcade Fire.
Basia Bulat is set to play Toronto's Massey, alongside Destroyer, on July 10.
