Mockingbird next door: Marja Mills on Harper Lee's secret world

Why is Harper Lee's new novel such a huge deal? Here's some context.
Earlier this week, book lovers were stunned by promises of a follow to the Pulitzer Prize-winning classic, To Kill a Mockingbird. The book's famously reclusive author, Harper Lee, is set to release Go Set a Watchman -- a novel penned and put aside in the 1950s -- this July. It will be her first published work in over 50 years.

In light of excitement and concern over the news, we revisit guest host Terry O'Reilly's conversation with Marja Mills. For years, Mills lived next door to Lee. Her book, The Mockingbird Next Door, is  a revealing account that Lee has publicly denounced. It sheds light on why the sequel's release was once thought near-impossible.
