If it's a mystery to you, it matters. Rookie detective Starlee Kine joins Shad to introduce her new podcast Mystery Show, and why she's determined to crack the tiny cases that matter to ordinary people.   

Kine, a New York-based writer and frequent This American Life contributor, proves mysteries don't have be Bermuda Triangle big to be intriguing. Her podcast hit #1 the week it came out, and has been getting high praise from outlets like The New York Times and The Guardian. 

"I like the idea that there's mystery everywhere," says Kine, adding that the mysteries are always high-stakes to the people that care about them.
