Comedian Gregg Turkington joins guest host Rachel Giese to talk about his hideous stand-up comic character Neil Hamburger and what a bitter, washed-up funnyman says about contemporary showbiz. 

While many find the comedy cringe-worthy, or deeply offensive, others have approached Turkington with tears and gratitude. He figures that, for some, grim humour is a relief.

"I liken it to the feeling you get after throwing up a bad meal."
