Athleisure: Septembre Anderson on sportswear sans sports

Jerseys, yoga pants and sneakers are no longer just gym wear. Mainstream malls and high-end boutiques are selling stylish sports apparel — and non-athletes are lacing up to go to the grocery store, the nightclub, and even the office. 

But put away the baggy t-shirt: this trend is not about simple functionality. Kate Hudson's Fabletics, Rihanna's Puma collection and Beyonce's TopShop line are all fuelling the fashion-conscious athleisure trend. 

So how does it differ from what you used to wear to gym class? Fashion correspondent Septembre Anderson joins Shad to explain.
