  • Marathoner Feyisa Lilesa took home the silver medal in Rio, and used his final few steps to protest his home country of Ethiopia. An act of defiance on the world's largest stage.

  • Edwin Encarnacion is a well-loved slugger for the Toronto Blue Jays, but some recent allegations are casting him in a different light. The player is being sued by a 24-year-old woman who claims Encarnacion knowingly gave her sexually transmitted infections. 

  • Hope Solo, the talented goaltender for the U.S. Women's National Team has been suspended for some unsportsmanlike comments she made following her country's loss in Rio.
