Veteran Pixar animator Pete Docter knows a thing or two about channelling emotions — he is, after all, the man responsible for the heart-crushing opening scene of UP and several tear-jerking scenes in Monsters Inc.
But sadness is only one colour on Docter's palate. His surreal new animated feature, Inside Out, personifies a whole team of emotions inside the minds of kids and adults alike.
