Maybe more so than ever before, conversations are happening in Hollywood about sexism, diversity and inclusion. This past weekend, Academy Award-winning actor Geena Davis spoke at a rally in Toronto for an event called Share Her Journey, where people came together to support women in the film industry.

From there, Davis headed straight to the premiere for This Changes Everything, a new documentary she appears in, and executive-produced, which takes a close look at the gender disparity in Hollywood, both on and off screen, through the stories of actors such as Reese Witherspoon, Shonda Rhimes, Natalie Portman, Meryl Streep and many others.

Davis spoke to Tom Power about her new film and her own efforts to effect change in Hollywood through the institute she started.
