It's week two of the Harvey Weinstein trial, and an important moment for Hollywood and #MeToo. In New York, the disgraced former movie mogul is facing five charges including rape and predatory sexual assault against two unnamed accusers. That watershed moment in 2017 when women first came forward with their accounts of sexual abuse against Weinstein (now 80 women total) sparked the #MeToo movement. Rebecca Keegan, the senior film editor at The Hollywood Reporter, joined q's Tom Power live from Los Angeles to catch us up on how the trial is evolving, and discuss its implications for the movement it inspired.
