On this week's screen panel, Eli Glasner and Tina Hassannia discuss the recent cancellation of Anne with an E, which was met with a strong reaction from fans last week.
Devoted fans have launched a social media campaign in a bid to save the coming-of-age drama Anne With An E, which was cancelled last week.

Every Monday the q screen panel convenes to look at the big stories happening in the film and television worlds. This week, host Tom Power is joined by CBC entertainment reporter Eli Glasner and arts journalist Tina Hassannia to talk about the recent cancellation of Anne with an E, which was met with a strong reaction from fans.

The hashtag #SaveAnneWithAnE was trending worldwide last week, with fans in Canada, the U.S., the U.K. and beyond rallying together in an effort to bring the show back. The cancellation also spawned a Change.org petition calling for the show to be renewed for a fourth season.

Our panellists unpack what the outrage is all about and discuss whether or not upset fans have the power to bring a show back.
