Canadian country music star Paul Brandt has spent a lot of time on the road over the past 20 years. Luckily, he's made a home in two places, Nashville, where he got his start in the '90s with songs like "My Heart Has A History" and "I Do," and his hometown of Calgary, the place that inspired his hits "Small Towns and Big Dreams" and "Alberta Bound."

Brandt joins Tom Power live in the q studio to talk about his new collection of songs, The Journey YYC: Vol. 1, which shares the story of the only two places he's ever called home. On top of that, he'll perform some new music with a very special performance dedicated to the community of Humboldt, Sask.
