Josh Groban on his new Netflix show and new album Bridges
For the better part of the 2000s, Josh Groban's soaring voice and clean-cut image helped him sell multi-platinum records and big tours all around the world. But lately, fans have been seeing a different side of him.
The singer-songwriter has appeared on TV shows like The Office and Parks and Recreation, but now more than ever, Groban is showcasing both his acting and his music.
Groban has a new Netflix show and a new record out, which were both released on the same day. In Netflix's The Good Cop, he plays an earnest detective who's forced to live with his corrupt, ex-cop father, played by Tony Danza. His new album Bridges is his first album of original songs in about five years.
Joining Tom Power in the q studio, Groban opens up about his show, his music and his straitlaced image, and plays a couple songs at the piano.
