  • Imagining is a powerful way to create new neural pathways.

  • Guilt is a way to know that our value system has been compromised. It can guide you to go do something that is important to you.

  • The availability heuristic: "How our brains look for the most available evidence for proof of whatever it is we already believe," explains Hillary.
