Lately it seems like everyone has been talking about women's safety. The Harvey Weinstein scandal led to the #MeToo social media campaign. But there have been hashtags before. So we wondered if this moment will lead to a true turning point.

On this episode, we visit a Take Back the Night rally before eavesdropping on some Canadian fathers talking with their sons about what it means to respect women. Nicole Stamp of Toronto shares her list of 14 things men can do to make the world a better place for women. Unreserved host Rosanna Deerchild signs up for a mixed martial arts class so she can feel stronger, both in her mind and her body. And Steve Locke is one example of a man taking ownership for how he has treated women in the past.
