Now or Never

The Now or Never guide to saying you're sorry

Hear what makes a good apology from people on both sides: those working up the courage to say they're sorry, and those who desperately need to hear those words.

Apologizing isn't easy, but saying you're sorry is powerful when you do it right

These grade three kids at Winnipeg's Robertson School had some great tips on how to say you're sorry.

When was the last time you said you were sorry?

Saying "I'm sorry" is a life lesson we learn as children, but admitting you did something wrong and asking for forgiveness is not an easy thing to do.

In this age of clap-back culture, of #MeToo, and the swelling demand to right historical wrongs, more and more people are making public apologies, with varying success.

Whether it's a corporation apologizing to a customer, or a couple of kids on a playground, an apology done right can bring a sense of relief and help everyone move forward.

Today on Now or Never hear what makes a good apology from people on both sides: those working up the courage to say they're sorry, and those who desperately need to hear those words.
