Timing is everything in politics. So with COVID-19 vaccines finally rolling out across the country and the Liberal Party polling about five points ahead of the Conservatives, Ottawa is rife with speculation about the possibility of a federal election.

Will it be the ruling minority government that pulls the trigger on Canada's 44th federal election? Or will it come down to a vote of no confidence? CBC's Power and Politics host Vassy Kapelos joins us today to share her political analysis.
