On life, love and dying

This week on The Doc Project:, CBC producers Kevin Ball and Jeanne Armstrong share the stories of two very different people, each facing the final chapter of their life. Their voices are full of hope, acceptance, fear, humour... and just about every other human emotion imaginable. ​​​

About the doc makers:

Kevin Ball is the director and a sometimes writer/producer of CBC Radio's As it Happens. He's also worked as a producer on Day 6, q, and Here and Now in Toronto. He plays the bagpipes and can ride a unicycle, but not at the same time -- yet.​​

Jeanne Armstrong is a CBC Radio producer based in Ottawa. She's done almost every job in radio, from studio directing to traffic reporting to chase producing.
