IBM's famous Jeopardy-winning supercomputer, Watson, can now help you decide what to cook for dinner. In an upcoming cookbook, Watson pulls from big data and analytics to dish out 65 surprising and sometimes strange original recipes. Brent speaks with Michael Laiskonis, creative director of the Institute of Culinary Education, about his collaboration with IBM on the new cookbook, Cognitive Cooking with Chef Watson.
