Quitters can be winners in the 'Great Resignation'

Thinking of a career change? For many, the pandemic has led to a leap into the unknown. Remote and hybrid work may be partly responsible for the Big Quit but it's not the whole story.

If you've thought about taking your job and shoving it, you're not alone. 

Much of Canada's work force is restless, and some are unhappy according to polls.

That has more people than ever quitting their jobs and maybe switching careers — or at least thinking about it.
