Ontario and B.C. have reported record-breaking or near-record case counts of COVID-19. And ICU admissions are surging, with more young people than in the early months of the pandemic.

Restrictions are again ramping up in parts of the country with Canadians weary after a year of fighting COVID without much to show for it.

Cross Country Checkup wants to know what you're feeling about where this pandemic is at and how you're coping.
