Canadian barbecue champion brings Southern barbecue to the prairies

Rob Reinhardt is the owner of Prairie Smoke and Spice BBQ in Regina, Saskatchewan and teaches barbecue classes to hundreds of students in Western Canada and Ontario every summer.

He fell in love with Southern Barbecue when traveling in the southern U.S. for work, where he got inspired to start cooking it himself.
