For Wanda Nanibush, the paintbrush has always been mightier than the sword

The names of Indigenous artists like Bill Reid and Brian Jungen are familiar to most Canadians, but they might not know their younger counterparts.

So Wanda Nanibush has her work cut out for her. 

She's the first assistant curator for Indigenous and Canadian art at the Art Gallery of Ontario.

As part of her new job, Wanda made it her mission to showcase the new generation of Indigenous artists.
