Over the past few days, Lasana Capps' brother has gotten more and more sick. He tells Carol, "He shows the symptoms of Ebola. Any food you give him, he throws it up. He became helpless." Capps did what Liberians have been told to do when a family member is suspected of having the disease. He called the Ebola emergency hotline. Hours later, however, help still hadn't arrived.

"We started calling at 5 am yesterday, and the Ebola team could not respond."

Capps decided to take matters into his own hands. He posted a desperate note on Facebook. It read: "My brother is seriously sick. I have called the Ebola Emergency Team to come take him to the Ebola center but no response yet. Somebody please save the life of my brother. His condition is getting worse."  Capps tells Carol the rest of his story.
