Lac-Mégantic train derailment

Lac-Mégantic, Quebec resident Claude Charron wants to know what caused Saturday's train explosion. Friends and neighbors are missing and feared dead. The pharmacist cannot understand why a fuel train was left unmanned and allowed to roll down into his Quebec town. He says the Montreal, Maine & Atlantic Railway has had a history of problems in Lac-Mégantic.
