Oil Shipments Cause Huge Headaches for U.S Amtrak Passengers

Rail passengers in the Northern U.S. are being sidetracked -- because of oil shipments coming from North Dakota's oil fields. All winter, people have been hit with delays that can last hours, sometimes even days.

Kyle Blanchfield owns Woodland Resort, which caters to ice fishers who mostly come in by train.
