Part 1

Radical approaches. In the wake of the massacre in Orlando, Donald Trump attacks President Obama for his stance on terrorism, and then revokes the press credentials of the Washington Post for reporting on his criticism.

He can't handle the tooth. British Columbia's actual dentists are down in the mouth, after a guy starts making homemade dentures, and selling them on Craigslist.

Part 2

It was all or nothing -- and they went with nothing. The Filipino terrorist group Abu Sayyaf was offered more than a million in ransom money for Canadian hostage Robert Hall -- but they said it wasn't enough, and killed him.

Zambonis in the desert. Looks like it's come up snake eyes for Quebec City -- but according to reports, Las Vegas will instead be the home of the NHL's latest expansion team.

Part 3

A call against arms. Mark Barden is all too familiar with the cyclical nature of the gun control debate in his country -- his seven-year-old son was killed at Sandy Hook School, and he's part of a lawsuit against the makers of the AR-15 assault rifle.

Uneasy lies the head that wears the Crown Victoria. Historians are excited that a British king may be buried under a parking lot -- but this time, it's not Richard the Third, it's Henry the First. Maybe dig around a bit before you pave anything else, England. Stay tuned.
