After 9/11, the FBI subjected a Muslim community in a suburb of Chicago to what it called "Operation Vulgar Betrayal". Algerian-American filmmaker Assia Boundaoui IS the director of a new documentary, called "The Feeling of Being Watched", which chronicles the extensive surveillance to which she and her neighbours were subjected.
