Full Episode Transcript

Part One

Fredericton Family
When the Prime Minister called to express condolences after her ex-husband, and the father of her two sons, was killed last week in Fredericton, Melissa Robichaud swore at him — and tonight, she explains why.

India Flooding
One official says, "around 100 people have died in the last 36 hours alone." We'll go to Kerala, in Southern India — where floods have already done untold damage, and pushed rescue workers to their limit.

Cannabis Beer
With the legalization of weed around the corner, a major brewery is teaming up with a major cannabis producer — but our guest is already stirring the pot by brewing beer with it.

Part Two

Beer Delivery Bridge Rescue
Kwame Anderson and a colleague were driving a beer truck when they came across a man in extreme emotional distress on a bridge — and Anderson was driven to help.

Saudi Syrup
After her huge, customized shipment of maple syrup to Saudi Arabia is abruptly cancelled, a Nova Scotia woman's story ends happily — but not sappily.

Bulletproof Wall
After the shooting at the school in Parkland, Florida, a 14-year-old inventor in Connecticut develops a foldable, bulletproof wall, to be used in classrooms.
